The deadline to join in the PHD in 2019 has come and is now in the past.
There are 6 brave souls joining me this year to attempt their PHD in 2019!
To know more about this challenge Click HERE.
- Sharon has her list of the 12 UFOs she wants to complete HERE. And, if you read newer posts on her blog, she has already finished a few projects that were started this year! Way to go!
- Kate finished a TON of UFOs last year, but didn’t quite complete all of her new projects. She wants to get rid of more UFOs and has joined the challenge. You can read about her plans HERE.
- Tish has her list HERE. She has a lot of tops ready to be quilted … oh – you must go and see it for lots of eye candy!!!
- Emily was successful in achieving her PHD in 2018 and is again trying for her PHD in 2019. Her list is impressive! You can see it HERE.
- Deana is also joining again after a successful 2019! You can see here list HERE!
- Edited to add: Elizabeth attempted her PHD last year, but moving and not being able to unpack her projects prevented her from completing it. She is joining in again this year and you can see her list HERE.
And, my list is HERE.
I’m hoping to start quilting this quilt today.

both my sons have PHDs. I should do this next year, and tell them they have met their match in their mother!

Hi Helen,
What fun it will be for you to go for your PHD in quilting! If your sons are anything like my kids, they will roll their eyes and laugh … while silently being very proud of the quilting you do!
I will still have UFOs next year and will likely be doing it again!
Happy Quilting! 🙂
