Beginning of April!

WHAT?

I know I often see other’s writing on their blogs and saying “Where did the month go to?”   And, I’ve often thought, “really? It went by one day at a time!”  YUP – one day at a time and each day FLEW by this month.  So fast!  So very fast, I’m wondering, “Where did the month go to?”

Piecing

This is Week 4: Unit C of the Daisy Chain Mystery. The blocks on the lower left are all trimmed, I still need to trim about half of them.  This step is a little time consuming, but not too bad!  And easy to do.  The directions are very clear and easy to follow.  It’s still not too late to join in the mystery.

Quilting

This is my Good Fortune, Bonnie Hunter’s mystery.  It still needs to be sandwiched and quilted.  I’m planning on having it sandwiched before I go to a retreat next week!  Hopefully, my plan works out!  🙂

  1. For a 31 day month, March was crazy. It flew by! I was just making a list of April to-do’s and I had already forgot about the next step in Daisy Chain…glad I read your post to remind me 🙂 Let’s pray April takes her sweet time 😉

  2. Hi Gail! March did go by so very fast. I have to agree with your favorite finish of Stars on Ice – it sure is pretty but you had other great contenders as well. I’m also so impressed with you three UFO finishes for the year so far! Great way to keep up on those – you should be earning your PHD in no time. Happy Tuesday to you. ~smile~ Roseanne

  3. Some months it’s just hard to get it all done, but you made good progress on several fronts. Hopefully that means more finishes this month. Love your Daisy Chain blocks. At least you got all yours made, I only got half assembled and trimmed.
