My inspiration comes from looking at other people’s quilts; their use of colour, which blocks they use.

My inspiration comes from people whose quilts I see on blogs. Generally I’m a scrappy quilter who likes traditional patterns worked up in splashes of colour.

I totally agree with you. YEARS ago, one lady was talking about scrappy quilts and told us to take a look at nature. The red rose … it has several shades of red … the green leaf has several shades of green. And, when you look closely, you’ll see a black spot … so even though I love scrappy, it’s the pictures of nature that make my scrappiness happy!
Hope you enjoy the blog hop! 🙂
