My Stats for March are a bit disappointing. But that’s OK. I’ve only completed one quilt this month …
I did think about pulling out a project or 2 that are closer to completion, but I wanted to stay focused on what I’m actually working on.
Sew, I’m actually OK with my numbers! Really, I am!
I’m trying a Link-up (at the end of the post). But, in case it doesn’t work, you can visit each of the blogs and see their latest posts:
- Ann, from “Laughing Gas Quilts”
- Cousin Terry from “Quilting a Legacy“
- Deena from “Dreamworthy Quilts“
- Elizabeth, from “Appliqué and …“
- Emily from “The Darling Dogwood” edit: check out Emily’s post HERE.
- Kate, from “Life in Pieces”
- Roseanne, from “Home Sewn by US”
This picture is for all those participating in PHD in 2018.
OK … I’m going to try a link-up for those participating in PHD in 2018. Click on the link and follow the directions.
Happy Quilting!
Edit: Apparently the linky party isn’t working. Sorry. I’ll try to have one up and running next month! ~ Gail
You’ve done so well at getting those UFOs off the list. To be almost halfway there with three quarters of the year left is spectacular progress!

Hi Kate … you are very optimistic … I can tell you’re looking at the “glass half full” … thank you for your encouragement! You are right … I’m almost 1/2 way there! 🙂

I did a quarterly post withbmy PhD progress. Since the linky isn’t working, you can find my update at http://thedarlingdogwood.blogspot.com/2018/03/march-wrap-up.html
I’m so impressed with how many you have finished! Don’t despair at only having one this month, some bigger projects just take more time.

Hi Gail,
I wasn’t able to add a link – it said something like this website doesn’t allow them. Good for you for getting one UFO finished this month. That’s more than I can say . . . oh well, better luck next month. I see you were able to change your Home page to snippets – yay you! ~smile~ Roseanne

Hi Roseanne, Thanks for the feedback …. guess it’s back to the drawing board for a linky party! Perhaps I’ll get one that works for next month! And yes, I found a solution that I like for the snippets! Happy Quilting! 🙂

The churn dash quilt is lovely Gail. March was longer than February but also busier…what with birthdays and all 😉
So it makes sense that you didn’t get as much accomplished as you had hoped. It was a good idea to stay focused on the one project. My Dresden quilt is like that..too easy to park and pit to the side when I run into a bump in the road.
April showers are coming..so that will lend itself to more sew-days!
Hugs and birthday wishes from Ontario
Cheers

Thanks for the encouragement, Terry! Sometimes I just want to flip from one project to another … that’s why I have so many UFOs. I hope I’m learning to stay focused! Have fun with all your sewing while it rains outside! 🙂
