Sunday Summary: December 7

My last post was about the Arabesque Pattern from mmmquilts that I tested. The winner from commenting on my blog is Joyce Carter! Sandra will be sending her a free pattern.

Kate, from Life in Pieces, is hosting “Stitching Stuff” and the goal is to sew for at least 15 minutes a day. I use Kate’s guideline, but my personal goal is to sew for 30 minutes a day. On those “blah” days, it does motivate me to sit at my machine and 30 minutes often turns into several hours. Thank you Kate for the motivation!

Almost back to normal!

    • Hi Marsha! Sometimes, things look very difficult, but in reality are pretty simple! I find that it ‘stretches’ me to try different designs! Go ahead and try something you think might be difficult. Just start with a small size … you’ll surprise yourself!
