I was away for a bit … travelling in some weird white stuff for part of it. But, since my sister didn’t drive into the ditch, I’ve come to the conclusion that she’s not too bad of a driver. Although, I’m not sure if my white knuckles have regained their colour yet!
It’s good to be home … but it was good to go …
Design wall
Nothing new … but a few people have asked what my last 4 UFOs will be … SEW … here’s pictures of the next 4 projects:
OK … sew, I know that if you look closely, I have a picture of 5 projects … in the picture of the plastic bins, there are 2 projects in the top bin … a blue quilt and a red/pink quilt … I think those are almost ready for sandwiching. The project in the bottom bin needs a border, then it will be sandwiched. The brown/beige quilt needs a pieced border and the orange/green/white quilt needs to be quilted.
And yes, Fireburst has been waiting for me to get back home!
I’m going to a retreat next week! YEAH!!!!! I LOVE retreats! I will take one quilt to be quilted, the one that needs the pieced border and who knows what else … oh … and I need to make something for the gift exchange …
Summary: No change from last week: No UFOs finished in October, so I still have 4 UFOs to complete by the end of the year.

I love a lady with a UFO plan and it sure sounds like you have one 🙂 Look at the white stuff! I have to admit I love snow, just not driving in it. Hope you have fun at your upcoming retreat and get lots of work done as well.

You have a full plate of projects ahead of you. I will look forward to seeing your progress. I am finishing up the binding on a long time project, and then the label. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel on this one, always a good feeling. Thanks for linking with Design Wall Monday, I appreciate you.

Hi Donna,
The white stuff was in Ontario. I live on the wet west coast – near Vancouver Canada … we rarely get snow!
Happy Quilting! 🙂

Hi Gail! Eek – it’s way too early for driving in the snow. Glad you two made it safely. Thanks for giving us an update on your last couple of UFOs. Two months to finish them plus Fireburst – that sounds very doable, don’t you think?! You are in like Flynn, so to speak. ~smile~ Roseanne

Hi Roseanne,
This was in Ontario – on our way to the airport.
We don’t have snow here – except in the mountains!
Happy Quilting! 🙂
